Key responsibilities & impact

Provide leadership within the staff counsel office
Build and maintain internal and external relationships

Requirements

What you’ll need

Active litigation and direct file-handling in WC, auto, general liability
Management experience (direct leadership, project oversight, training, coaching, mentoring)
Member in good standing with the Illinois state and federal general bar
Experience analyzing data to derive insights
Proficiency with MS Office, MS Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, CoPilot
