About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead strategic learning initiatives in partnership with business leaders

Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a corporate learning organization
- Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design or related field, or equivalent business experience
- Excellent performance consulting, facilitation, and project management skills
- Strong writing, editing, and verbal communication skills
- Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite and e-learning software
- Well-developed critical thinking and time management abilities
- Working understanding of adult learning theory
- Proficiency in ADDIE design methodology (AGILE experience a plus)
