Coaches and ensures Scrum Teams adhere to Scrum principles and best practices
Helps everyone maximize the value created by the Scrum Team
Ensures the Product Owners know how to arrange the Product Backlog
Provides information regarding team health: people, process, progress, and overall satisfaction
Coaches the team members to practice effective Scrum
Removes impediments and escalates appropriately
Insulates Scrum Team from distractions
Coaches the Product Owner and Development Team on Scrum values
Partners with leadership to form execution delivery plans
Assesses the Scrum Maturity of the team and organization

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of industry experience
Background in software development (like Java, .net and web frontend technologies)
Proven ability to manage 2 - 3 Scrum Teams
Proficient in using Agile tools like Rally or Jira
Strong understanding of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines
Strong understanding of using Gen AI tools like MS Copilot
Degree in Computer Science preferred or related discipline
First level Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM I)
Exposure to development using Scaled Agile framework
