About the role
- Drive and communicate the ideation, design, and demonstration of solutions modernizing and transforming operations and business
- Collaborate with senior leaders, business partners, and data science teams from across the enterprise to support and influence further adoption of AI at The Hartford
- Define and influence how data scientists and business teams leverage data and machine learning to improve processes and products
- Break down and solve the problems of business and technical stakeholders, quickly delivering valuable prototypes and recommendations
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in project or product management, preferably in Data Science/Machine Learning
- General understanding of statistics, analytic project lifecycle, and data science concepts
- Experience supporting development of AI, machine learning, or technical products
- Experience translating complex technical topics into business solutions and strategies
- Experience communicating and building relationships across a broad range of technical and non-technical audiences, including senior leaders
- Experience leveraging Microsoft Office tools to develop compelling visuals articulating complex analytical topics
- Experience with Agile and Scrum
- Candidate must be authorized to work in the US without company sponsorship.
