About the role
- Deliver complex subsystems and integrations for Copilot and related Microsoft 365 services
- Define solution architecture for Copilot deployments, including governance, security, and scalability
- Connect Copilot with enterprise systems (SharePoint, Teams, Email, Mobile, Viva Insights) and ensure seamless interoperability
- Identify opportunities for automation, refactoring, and maintainability improvements
- Implement continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines for Copilot-related services aligned with enterprise standards
- Guide junior engineers, lead technical discussions, and influence platform decisions
- Ensure adherence to AI governance policies, licensing, and data protection standards
- Drive adoption of Copilot, Copilot components, and AI-driven insights to enhance productivity across business units
Requirements
- Deep knowledge of Microsoft 365 ecosystem (Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, Email, Viva Insights)
- Expertise in Copilot for M365, Copilot Studio, and AI-driven automation
- Strong understanding of licensing models and enterprise deployment strategies
- Experience with scripting, automation, and integration (Power Platform, PowerShell, Python)
- Familiarity with data governance and security best practices
