About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide financial support to HALO's Transformation Directorate.
Draft and review budgets, monitoring spending.
Assist with contract management for a wide range of donor funding.
Produce timely and accurate financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.
Ensure operational plans are reflected in the budgets/forecasts.
Oversee the financial elements of the Technology Accelerator Fund.
Uphold HALO’s core values and standards, promoting its ethos and mission statement.

Requirements

What you’ll need

QBE or a professional or part qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA etc )
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
Exceptional organisational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
Strong numeracy and IT skills essential, and proficient in the use of Microsoft Office.
Fluent in written and spoken English.
Experience developing and monitoring budgets
**Desirable Requirements:**
Experience using ERP planning systems
Familiarity with financial management in the non-profit sector
