About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Define and refine ICPs for the client's AI consulting and AI audit offers, identifying target industries, job titles, company sizes, and pain points.
- Build, segment, and guide highly targeted B2B prospect lists utilizing automated data pipelines.
- Monitor and manage deliverability, domains, inbox rotation, email warmup, bounce rates, and overall domain health.
- Write strong, hyper-targeted cold email copy focused on business pain points rather than generic AI messaging.
- Set up, launch, and manage email sequences using advanced outbound tools.
- Run continuous A/B tests on different ICPs, offers, subject lines, and email angles to maximize campaign performance.
- Track reply rates, positive replies, booked calls, and campaign quality, providing clear, data-driven recommendations.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven experience running B2B cold email campaigns completely end to end.
- Deep technical understanding of cold email deliverability, SPF, DKIM, DMARC, inbox rotation, warmup, bounce rates, and tracking.
- Hands-on expertise with platforms such as Apollo, Clay, Instantly, Smartlead, Lemlist, HubSpot, or similar tools.
- Exceptional cold email copywriting skills that drive action and high positive reply rates.
- A proven track record of generating booked calls or qualified sales opportunities.
- Experience working with AI, SaaS, consulting, agencies, professional services, or B2B technology companies is highly preferred.
- Ability to provide transparent reporting and clear, data-backed optimization recommendations.
- Availability during Eastern Time business hours.
