About the role
- Develop autonomous agents for cold email campaigns, sales development, call analysis, lead qualification, and more using LLMs and advanced AI workflows
- Build scalable systems including real-time dashboards, usage-based billing, CRM integrations, and workflow automation tools
- Ship end-to-end features using modern stack — from interactive data tables to complex AI agent orchestration systems
- Create seamless connections with external platforms while maintaining SOC2 / ISO 27001 / GDPR compliance standards
- Deploy code to production frequently and iterate rapidly
- Work closely with co-founder/CTO and cross-functional teams to support platform growth and member success
Requirements
- 5+ years of full-stack development with modern web technologies
- Expert-level Next.js
- Expert-level TypeScript
- Expert-level React
- Familiarity with AI SDKs, LLM integration, or autonomous agent development (preferred)
- Strong understanding of scalable architecture, database design, and performance optimization
- Ability to work independently in high-speed environments where priorities shift quickly
- Track record of building features that drive measurable business impact and user engagement
