About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Take immediate ownership of our daily cash cycle.
Manage the movement of high-volume USD revenue from Whop to our UAE bank accounts.
Ensure seamless, daily funding of our GBP/AED corporate cards for Meta ad spend.
Lead the critical transition from our legacy payment setup to our new UAE-native solution.
Oversee the financial operations across all entities.
Manage our external bookkeeping partner, ensuring they maintain accurate records in Xero.
Diagnose the current financial performance of specific business units.
Deliver highly distilled, pragmatic reporting to stakeholders.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Proven track record in a finance leadership or senior operational role within a fast-growing digital, e-commerce, or performance marketing business.
Direct, hands-on experience managing high-volume, multi-currency cash flows and cross-border payments (USD, GBP, AED).
Experience managing external bookkeeping or accounting firms and holding them accountable for quality and timeliness.
Strong familiarity with modern financial stacks, including Xero, Wise, and corporate card platforms (e.g., Pleo, Qashio).
Previous exposure to UAE corporate structures, specifically DMCC entities, and an understanding of the associated regulatory and tax environment.
Experience managing the financial wind-down or closure of international entities.
