About the role
- We’re seeking a Customer Success Growth Consultant to join our team and drive the success of ambitious entrepreneurs in our Growth Partner Accelerator.
- In this role, you’ll oversee a portfolio of clients, conduct daily 1:1 consultation sessions, and guide them on the development and execution of their growth action plans. You’ll act as a trusted advisor, helping entrepreneurs overcome obstacles, scale their businesses, and achieve their goals.
- What You’ll Do
- Client Engagement & Progress Management:
- Conduct in-depth, personalized video consultations to understand each client’s current position and goals, crafting tailored action plans.
- Provide ongoing support through regular progress reviews, offering strategic guidance to ensure accountability and continuous advancement.
- Manage a portfolio between 30-40 clients, ensuring each receives the attention and support needed to thrive.
- Strategic Program & Client Optimization:
- Deliver insightful analysis on client progress and overall program performance to inform key stakeholder decisions.
- Refine strategies in offer creation, marketing, and sales to help clients increase revenue.
- Regularly audit and optimize client funnels, offers, pricing, and sales processes to maximize effectiveness and growth.
- Client Success & Experience Management:
- Oversee the end-to-end client experience, proactively implementing improvements to maximize satisfaction and results.
- Act as a dedicated coach through 1:1 sessions, setting clear action plans, holding clients accountable, and providing targeted feedback via Slack.
- Rapidly resolve challenges while reviewing key milestones to ensure clients stay focused on high-impact activities that drive their success.
- Marketing & Resource Support:
- Review and refine client-created marketing materials to ensure quality and effectiveness.
- Serve as a key resource within our digital community platforms, promptly addressing client inquiries and guiding them to the most relevant tools, content, and learning materials.
Requirements
- Experience: At least 3 years of experience growing, coaching, or consulting businesses, with a proven track record of helping entrepreneurs achieve their goals.
- Industry Knowledge: Ex-agency owners or individuals with extensive digital marketing and sales experience are highly preferred.
