About the role
- Conduct onboarding for new clients
- Develop import plans following the company's framework
- Prepare reports and presentations for clients
- Present import strategies and plans
- Request import quotes from Joom
- Serve as the client's point of contact throughout the contract term
- Monitor the planning and execution of import operations
- Ensure alignment between the client and operations throughout the project
Requirements
- Intermediate English
- Strong communication skills and ability to build client relationships
- Organized and able to structure reports
- Analytical and consultative mindset
- Experience in Customer Success or client management (preferred)
- Experience with imports or international trade (preferred)
- Experience with B2B operations (preferred)
