About the role
- Mentee management (60%)
- Full onboarding (maturity diagnosis, business context)
- Schedule and organize individual and group mentoring sessions
- Manage guest mentors (briefing, confirmations, logistics)
- Participate in mentoring sessions as a strategic co-pilot
- Document action items and next steps
- Weekly/biweekly follow-up on implementation
- Drive execution (with empathy, while holding stakeholders accountable)
- Implementation orchestration (30%)
- Create personalized AI-first roadmaps
- Connect mentees with vendors and specialists
- Identify blockers and propose solutions
- Monitor KPIs (RPE, efficiency, ROI)
- Produce documented success cases
- End-to-end experience (10%)
- Manage the mentee journey from onboarding to renewal
- Ensure satisfaction and retention
- Anticipate needs and resolve issues before they become problems
Requirements
- 5+ years in strategic consulting, enterprise Customer Success, or managing complex projects
- Experience working with C-level executives and founders
- Managing a high-ticket portfolio (BRL 100k+ per client/year)
- Solid understanding of LLMs, RAG, agents, and automation
- Familiarity with tool stack (ChatGPT, Claude, n8n, Make, Cursor)
- You use AI in your day-to-day work (not just theoretical)
