About the role

  • Mentee management (60%)
  • Full onboarding (maturity diagnosis, business context)
  • Schedule and organize individual and group mentoring sessions
  • Manage guest mentors (briefing, confirmations, logistics)
  • Participate in mentoring sessions as a strategic co-pilot
  • Document action items and next steps
  • Weekly/biweekly follow-up on implementation
  • Drive execution (with empathy, while holding stakeholders accountable)
  • Implementation orchestration (30%)
  • Create personalized AI-first roadmaps
  • Connect mentees with vendors and specialists
  • Identify blockers and propose solutions
  • Monitor KPIs (RPE, efficiency, ROI)
  • Produce documented success cases
  • End-to-end experience (10%)
  • Manage the mentee journey from onboarding to renewal
  • Ensure satisfaction and retention
  • Anticipate needs and resolve issues before they become problems

Requirements

  • 5+ years in strategic consulting, enterprise Customer Success, or managing complex projects
  • Experience working with C-level executives and founders
  • Managing a high-ticket portfolio (BRL 100k+ per client/year)
  • Solid understanding of LLMs, RAG, agents, and automation
  • Familiarity with tool stack (ChatGPT, Claude, n8n, Make, Cursor)
  • You use AI in your day-to-day work (not just theoretical)
