Provide Tier III/IV support of the VA EMCS environment for enterprise messaging and collaboration services
Answer incoming Incident Priority calls from the VA Enterprise Service Desk (VA-ESD), triage and resolve incidents
Resolve National EMCS Tier III/IV tickets and apply Exchange administrator skills to address enterprise-wide issues
Administer Microsoft 365 applications including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, and Azure RMS
Perform account AD domain moves, password resets, shared mailbox management, and PowerShell-driven administrative tasks
Monitor and maintain network and EMCS infrastructure performance; report on system status
Manage trouble tickets from creation to resolution and coordinate with service desk and stakeholders
Troubleshoot email and collaboration issues for Executive level users and provide high-quality customer service
Work as part of a team supporting approximately 300,000 VA customers across all 50 States and Puerto Rico
Requirements

Support Microsoft Outlook, Account AD Domain Moves, Password Resets, Shared Mailbox administration
Use PowerShell for Microsoft 365 administration
Resolve National EMCS Tier III/IV tickets and apply Exchange administrator skills to resolve enterprise-wide problems
Monitor and maintain network performance and report on EMCS infrastructure
Responsible for assigned trouble tickets from creation to resolution
Troubleshoot email-related issues for Executive level users
Great customer service skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Experience with Microsoft 365 suite: Microsoft Messaging/Outlook, Azure Rights Management Services (RMS), Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint
Experience with Active Directory including SCCM, Intune, PKI and related AD products
Experience working with ServiceNow ticketing system and email-based requests
Ability to pass a background check (security clearance level: ability to pass a background check)
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, or other engineering or technical discipline is preferred; 8 years of additional relevant experience may be substituted for education
5-8 years of experience as a System Administrator or similar role
