About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job postings and candidate sourcing to interviewing and onboarding new hires.
Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related inquiries and concerns, facilitating conflict resolution and promoting employee engagement.
Assist in the implementation of performance management processes, including goal setting, evaluations, and feedback sessions.
Ensure HR policies and procedures are current, compliant, and effectively communicated across the organization.
Support the development and delivery of training programs aimed at employee development and skills enhancement.
Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and reporting, ensuring confidentiality and data accuracy.
Assist in administering employee benefits programs and maintaining payroll accuracy.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
2-4 years of experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar role.
Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and labor laws.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficiency in HR software systems and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is preferred but not mandatory.
