About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job postings and candidate sourcing to interviewing and onboarding new hires.
  • Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related inquiries and concerns, facilitating conflict resolution and promoting employee engagement.
  • Assist in the implementation of performance management processes, including goal setting, evaluations, and feedback sessions.
  • Ensure HR policies and procedures are current, compliant, and effectively communicated across the organization.
  • Support the development and delivery of training programs aimed at employee development and skills enhancement.
  • Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and reporting, ensuring confidentiality and data accuracy.
  • Assist in administering employee benefits programs and maintaining payroll accuracy.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and labor laws.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in HR software systems and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is preferred but not mandatory.
