Cloud Engineer

• Lead the design, delivery and operation of core infrastructure across networks, compute, storage, cloud, identity, EUC and collaboration
• Drive cloud adoption, platform modernisation and automation while maintaining business continuity, disaster recovery and compliance
• Manage service delivery across internal teams and external vendors, holding managed-service partners accountable to contracts and SLAs
• Oversee infrastructure operations risk, capacity, utilisation and cost management
• Contribute to budgeting, forecasting and continuous improvement initiatives
• Lead the Flexible Workspaces technology function across a multi-site portfolio
• Oversee network, physical security, access control, AV, visitor experience and EUC support aligned to enterprise standards
• Partner with business and technology stakeholders to translate requirements into practical infrastructure and cloud solutions
• Operate within and contribute to governance and standards frameworks
• Lead, coach and develop the team, fostering a high-performance, service-oriented culture
