About the role

  • Develop, test, and deploy RPA bots to automate repetitive business tasks.
  • Analyze and optimize existing workflows for automation opportunities.
  • Ensure proper documentation of automated processes and workflows.

  • Work with business teams to identify areas where automation can increase productivity.

Requirements

  • Experience with RPA tools such as UiPath, Power Automate, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.
  • Knowledge of process automation, scripting, and API integrations.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, or other automation-related programming languages is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and deliver efficient automation solutions.
  • Certification in UiPath, Power Automate, or Automation Anywhere is preferred.
  • Experience with OCR (Optical Character Recognition) and AI-based automation is preferred.
  • Understanding of workflow automation for customer support, HR, or IT operations is preferred.
  • Knowledge of database management and API-based automation is preferred.
