About the role

  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with executive stakeholders.
  • Develop comprehensive project charters, plans, and schedules, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Manage project budgets, resource allocations, and timelines, maintaining strict control of costs and deliverables.
  • Oversee project financials, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of proven project management experience, leading projects from conception to closure.
  • Demonstrated track record of managing project budgets, financial analysis, and resource allocation.
  • Advanced knowledge of both Agile (Scrum, Kanban) and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Experience working directly with senior leadership and C-level executives.
  • Proficient in software like Jira, Trello, MS Project, or equivalent for tracking and reporting.
  • Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
  • Proven ability to define, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Bachelor's degree in business, IT, engineering, or related field preferred; Master's degree a plus.
  • PMP, PMI-ACP, or other relevant certifications strongly preferred.
