Key responsibilities & impact

Trim and fertilize lawns, shrubs, and trees regularly
Maintain the comprehensive care of the CrossPointe Waterfall Gardens
Provide regular maintenance to all of our lawn care equipment and vehicles
Assist in winter snow and ice removal from roads and walkways
Apply pesticides and weed control as needed
Assist in the campus recycling program
Maintain trash bins, lawns, walks and mulching areas
Other duties and projects as assigned by team leader

Requirements

What you’ll need

At least 4 years of grounds keeping and maintenance experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, clear communicator
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Organized, self-starter with a positive attitude
Demonstrated ability to prioritize, multi-task, create timelines and meet project deadlines; attention to detail
Adaptable and able to learn quickly
Experienced with Office 365
