Key responsibilities & impact

Source, negotiate, and procure materials, equipment, and services for construction and industrial projects
Partner with project managers, estimators, and construction leaders to align on procurement needs
Lead commercial negotiations to optimize cost, schedule, and quality
Maintain accurate procurement records and supplier qualification documentation
Manage changes in scope, pricing updates, and delivery adjustments
Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve procurement-related issues

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent applicable experience)
5+ years of experience in purchasing/procurement/supply chain supporting construction or industrial projects
Prior experience reading and interpreting construction drawings, specifications, and scopes of work
Experience negotiating pricing, delivery, and commercial terms with suppliers and subcontractors
Demonstrated experience with procurement practices, supplier management, and documentation controls (purchase orders, RFQs, approvals, audit-ready records)
Hands-on experience with ERP/procurement systems and strong Excel/Office skills; comfort working with data to support decisions
