About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Master set up of Professional Development Department events and items into Salesforce and provide reports from Salesforce
Oversee Salesforce integration with Informz for Sections and Divisions
Responsible for accurate set-up of events and items in Salesforce for Sections, Divisions, and Committees within the Professional Development Department
Monitor TFB Member Portal, mobile devices, and tablet registration to ensure excellent member experience when shopping for Section and Division courses, retreats, events, CDs, DVDs, books, online, and downloadable aftermarket products
Maintain the necessary skills and knowledge base in Salesforce integration with Informz for marketing campaigns and automatic delivery of course books and surveys
Generate and provide Salesforce reports, as needed

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's Degree (proof of degree required at interview)
Three (3) years of professional office administrative experience
Professional Development Department office and administrative procedures and practices
Correct spelling, punctuation, and grammar usage
Fiscal practices
Adobe Acrobat
MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
Working with databases
CLE Program Related Databases
Typing
Making paper and electronic documents ADA compliant
Effective and timely communications
Administering meetings, programs, seminars, retreats
