About the role

  • Build and maintain the digital backbone of The Flex, including booking workflows and property operations automation.
  • Work on front-end and back-end development across the full stack.
  • Develop and optimize APIs and integrations with third-party services (booking channels, payment processors, communication tools).
  • Create automation and scripting tools for routine property management tasks (check-ins, check-outs, reporting, notifications).
  • Manage cloud infrastructure and serverless deployments; ensure smooth feature rollout via CI/CD.
  • Diagnose and resolve issues across the full stack, including booking logic and integrations.
  • Collaborate with operations and product teams to align software with real-world property management needs.
  • Maintain code quality through testing frameworks, CI/CD pipelines, and code reviews.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Node.js, React, and AWS Cloud.
  • Experience with serverless applications and cloud infrastructure.
  • Strong understanding of API design and integrations.
  • Familiarity with FastAPI, Python, and scripting (a plus).
  • Knowledge of automation in operational systems (preferably in real estate, travel, or rentals).
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Adaptability and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
