Designer

• Designing and developing interactive, accessible content across multiple formats (e-learning, slide decks, workbooks, media)
• Working with subject matter experts to ensure content is accurate, engaging, and aligned with real-world industry needs
• Leading course builds in our LMS, optimising learner experience and interactivity
• Improving and updating existing materials to enhance accessibility, consistency, and learner engagement
• Developing meaningful assessments aligned with awarding body standards (e.g. SQA, NOCN)
• Championing user-centred design and digital innovation in learning

Digital Learning, Curriculum Designer

IT Support

• Ensure the reliability, scalability, security implementation, and operational readiness of the organization’s infrastructure and user technology environment across a geographically distributed enterprise.
• Lead the evolution of infrastructure and operational capabilities to support sustainable growth, new site activation, and acquisition integration.
• Partner closely with Security, Systems & Engineering, Data & Analytics, and operating leadership to ensure infrastructure services are standardized, resilient, globally coordinated, performance-driven, and aligned with enterprise governance requirements.
