About the role

  • Engage with fellow veterinary professionals in a variety of manners and circumstances
  • Lead and adapt our CX protocols for customer interaction to better include our engagement with veterinary professionals
  • Be a thought partner with our Legal, Veterinary, CX and Community oriented teams
  • Work with our CX Voice of the Customer and Consumer Research teams in customer and vet pro oriented outreach

Requirements

  • 3+ years experience in a clinical setting (General Practice preferred)
  • You are a licensed U.S. Veterinarian
  • You have excellent problem-solving skills
  • You're eager for speed with a work small/think big mindset
  • You love to be challenged by your work and are excited to tackle sophisticated, tricky problems without any standard off-the-shelf solutions
  • You are a people person who's passionate about supporting veterinary colleagues
