About the role
- Engage with fellow veterinary professionals in a variety of manners and circumstances
- Lead and adapt our CX protocols for customer interaction to better include our engagement with veterinary professionals
- Be a thought partner with our Legal, Veterinary, CX and Community oriented teams
- Work with our CX Voice of the Customer and Consumer Research teams in customer and vet pro oriented outreach
Requirements
- 3+ years experience in a clinical setting (General Practice preferred)
- You are a licensed U.S. Veterinarian
- You have excellent problem-solving skills
- You're eager for speed with a work small/think big mindset
- You love to be challenged by your work and are excited to tackle sophisticated, tricky problems without any standard off-the-shelf solutions
- You are a people person who's passionate about supporting veterinary colleagues
