About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Serve as the primary point of contact for government customers and manage all aspects of program delivery
Develop and maintain program schedules, budgets, risk registers, and performance baselines
Lead integrated project teams including subcontractors, functional leads, and staff across multiple locations
Ensure compliance with contract terms, FAR/DFAR regulations, and applicable government standards
Prepare and present program status reports, EVM data, and executive briefings to government and corporate leadership
Proactively identify and mitigate program risks and drive resolution of issues affecting cost, schedule, or performance
Support business development activities including proposals, re-competes, and contract modifications

Requirements

What you’ll need

Active security clearance required (Secret minimum; TS preferred)
US citizenship required
5+ years of federal program or project management experience
Strong working knowledge of FAR, DFAR, and government contract lifecycle management
PMP certification or equivalent program management credential
Demonstrated experience managing budgets of $5M+ and cross-functional teams
