About the role

  • Work with key partners across the business to design and optimise experiences to drive user satisfaction and business outcomes
  • Carry out user research to understand user behaviour and identify needs
  • Articulate key insights and translate them into testable artefacts
  • Define user flows and journeys, ensuring clarity and alignment across teams
  • Create production-ready design assets and collaborate with engineers for high quality experience
  • Participate in workshops and design sprints to bring stakeholders along the product development journey
  • Regularly share work with your team and designers that communicate progress and design rationale

Requirements

  • Portfolio demonstrating design process and core craft skills including interaction and visual design across mobile and web
  • Some experience iterating or launching products collaboratively with engineers, product managers and other designers in an agile way
  • Understanding technologies used to build world-class mobile product experiences
  • Experience in agile working and sprints
  • Familiarity with the fundamentals of accessibility and usability
  • Familiarity with prototyping and design tools like Miro, Protopie or Figma
  • Clear communication skills in English
  • Seeking opportunities to learn and grow through feedback and self-reflection
