About the role
- Work with key partners across the business to design and optimise experiences to drive user satisfaction and business outcomes
- Carry out user research to understand user behaviour and identify needs
- Articulate key insights and translate them into testable artefacts
- Define user flows and journeys, ensuring clarity and alignment across teams
- Create production-ready design assets and collaborate with engineers for high quality experience
- Participate in workshops and design sprints to bring stakeholders along the product development journey
- Regularly share work with your team and designers that communicate progress and design rationale
Requirements
- Portfolio demonstrating design process and core craft skills including interaction and visual design across mobile and web
- Some experience iterating or launching products collaboratively with engineers, product managers and other designers in an agile way
- Understanding technologies used to build world-class mobile product experiences
- Experience in agile working and sprints
- Familiarity with the fundamentals of accessibility and usability
- Familiarity with prototyping and design tools like Miro, Protopie or Figma
- Clear communication skills in English
