About the role

  • Work with key partners across the business to achieve shared goals
  • Carry out user research to understand user behaviour and identify needs
  • Articulate insights and translate them into testable artefacts like sketches and user flows
  • Define user flows and journeys with clarity
  • Create production-ready design assets and collaborate with engineers
  • Participate in workshops and design sprints to bring stakeholders along
  • Share work regularly with your design team to communicate progress and rationale

Requirements

  • A portfolio demonstrating design process and core craft skills across mobile and web
  • Some experience iterating or launching products collaboratively with engineers, product managers, and other designers
  • Understanding of technologies for mobile product experiences
  • Experience in agile working and sprints, user-acceptance testing (UAT)
  • Familiarity with prototyping and design tools like Miro, Protopie, or Figma
  • Clear communicator fluent in English
  • Eager to learn and grow through feedback and self-reflection
