About the role
- Work with key partners across the business to achieve shared goals
- Carry out user research to understand user behaviour and identify needs
- Articulate insights and translate them into testable artefacts like sketches and user flows
- Define user flows and journeys with clarity
- Create production-ready design assets and collaborate with engineers
- Participate in workshops and design sprints to bring stakeholders along
- Share work regularly with your design team to communicate progress and rationale
Requirements
- A portfolio demonstrating design process and core craft skills across mobile and web
- Some experience iterating or launching products collaboratively with engineers, product managers, and other designers
- Understanding of technologies for mobile product experiences
- Experience in agile working and sprints, user-acceptance testing (UAT)
- Familiarity with prototyping and design tools like Miro, Protopie, or Figma
- Clear communicator fluent in English
- Eager to learn and grow through feedback and self-reflection
