• Develop a formalized Character and Behavioral Health Framework for Camp DREAM.
• Engage experts and review research on character development and trauma-informed practices.
• Reach out to at least 3 non-profit or camp programs for information and suggestions.
• Codify and expand training systems, including “train-the-trainer” modules for counselors, staff, and CITs.
• Partner with the communications team to create training modules for various mental health practices.
• Develop standard operating procedures for behavior support systems and implement continuity-of-care protocols.
• Collaborate with site directors to strengthen data collection and communication systems for youth needs.
• Create evaluation surveys and practices for measuring correlation between camp practices and character development.
