Answer calls, texts, and emails in English and Spanish with empathy, clarity, and accuracy.
Schedule appointments, manage provider calendars, and follow up with patients.
Coordinate lab orders, prescription refills, and external referrals.
Keep patient information updated and accurate in our electronic health record (EHR) system.
Support insurance and billing communication with patients and vendors.
Maintain compliance with HIPAA and California healthcare regulations.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Fluent in English and Spanish (verbal and written).
1+ year of experience in healthcare administration, patient coordination, or similar role.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Tech-savvy and comfortable using EHR systems, spreadsheets, and communication platforms.
Detail-oriented, organized, and calm under pressure.
Familiarity with US healthcare operations and privacy standards HIPAA (preferred).
Reliable internet connection and a workspace free of distractions.
