Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree
- One or two years in operations, campaign management, account coordination, project management, or a comparable detail-heavy role—ideally at a small or fast-moving organization.
- Genuine comfort with detail work. A meaningful share of this job is precise, repetitive, and behind the scenes—and all of it is mission-critical.
- The ability to hold many deadlines at once without dropping any of them, and to reset priorities when they shift.
- A proactive, solutions-oriented approach. You’ll work closely with our team, but you’ll be trusted to run your book without close supervision.
- Fluency with spreadsheets, and the ability to pick up new platforms quickly and on your own.
- A client-focused instinct. Partners should come away feeling well served, and come back because of it.
