About the role

  • Drive clarity around priorities, synthesize inputs, and ensure high-quality decision-making across product, trading, and GTM.
  • Own mission-critical projects end-to-end — from scoping and planning to execution and measurement.
  • Facilitate communication and coordination between engineering, trading, operations, BD, and external partners.
  • Build lightweight systems and processes to improve execution velocity without creating unnecessary bureaucracy.
  • Help pressure-test strategy, analyze data, and produce synthesis for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Lead or support high-leverage founder initiatives — token programs, BD partnerships, infra improvements, trading operations workflows, investor materials, etc.
  • Partner with leadership on evaluating, coordinating, and onboarding key hires across the company.
  • Draft strategic communications, including briefs, updates, presentations, and partner-facing documents.

Requirements

  • 4–8+ years of experience in high-performance environments (crypto, trading, IB, PE, VC, consulting, or fast-growth technology companies).
  • Demonstrated ability to take ownership of complex, ambiguous workstreams and deliver measurable outcomes.
  • Strong analytical rigor: financial modeling, problem-structuring, competitive analysis, or operational modeling experience is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to simplify complexity and present with clarity.
  • Proven ability to operate in fast-moving, resource-constrained environments with shifting priorities.
  • High EQ, sound judgment, and the ability to build trust with technical and commercial stakeholders.
  • Comfortable working across time zones with a global, distributed team.
