Lead execution of content strategies across podcasts, news, and other multimedia projects
Partner with the Chief Content Officer to define priorities, align creative vision with operational capacity, and identify opportunities for innovation
Drive efficient production and ensure timely delivery of content at the highest creative and operational standards
Optimize workflows, refine production processes, and manage departmental resources effectively
Establish and monitor key performance metrics to drive continuous improvement in content creation and delivery
Support the Chief Content Officer in developing scalable processes, managing budgets, and enhancing overall production quality and team productivity
Oversee company–talent relationships, including direct supervision of the Senior Talent Operations Manager, and ensure smooth communication with talent
Serve as the first point of contact for Content employees, addressing team concerns, resolving conflicts, and fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability
Requirements
7+ years of experience in content operations or related field
5+ years in a senior leadership role in podcasting, documentary production, or similar media
Experience with the YouTube Platform
Bachelor’s degree in Film, Television, Digital Media Production, Communications, or Business Administration is a plus
Proven success managing large-scale content production projects and cross-functional teams
Expertise in podcast production
Strong knowledge of content distribution platforms, audience engagement, and the digital media landscape
Track record of optimizing content workflows, managing budgets, and improving operational efficiency
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and collaborate with senior executives
Participation in E-Verify and ability to complete form I-9/background checks (work authorization verification)
