About the role
- Lead execution of content strategies across podcasts, news, and other multimedia projects
- Partner with the Chief Content Officer to define priorities, align creative vision with operational capacity, and identify opportunities for innovation
- Drive efficient production and ensure timely delivery of content at the highest creative and operational standards
- Optimize workflows, refine production processes, and manage departmental resources effectively
- Establish and monitor key performance metrics to drive continuous improvement in content creation and delivery
- Support the Chief Content Officer in developing scalable processes, managing budgets, and enhancing overall production quality and team productivity
- Oversee company–talent relationships, including direct supervision of the Senior Talent Operations Manager, and ensure smooth communication with talent
- Serve as the first point of contact for Content employees, addressing team concerns, resolving conflicts, and fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in content operations or related field
- 5+ years in a senior leadership role in podcasting, documentary production, or similar media
- Experience with the YouTube Platform
- Bachelor’s degree in Film, Television, Digital Media Production, Communications, or Business Administration is a plus
- Proven success managing large-scale content production projects and cross-functional teams
- Expertise in podcast production
- Strong knowledge of content distribution platforms, audience engagement, and the digital media landscape
- Track record of optimizing content workflows, managing budgets, and improving operational efficiency
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and collaborate with senior executives
- Participation in E-Verify and ability to complete form I-9/background checks (work authorization verification)
