About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Drive business interests within the offshore wind sector
Strategically manage part of the Offshore Wind asset portfolio
Cultivate customer relationships, drive revenue and capital growth
Ensure compliance throughout the asset lifecycle
Manage the day-to-day performance of assets
Proactively support the customer through the development process
Manage contract negotiation efforts and ensure contract compliance
Implement robust risk management strategies
Identify potential opportunities for value optimisation and growth
Support test and development projects

Requirements

What you’ll need

Proven track record in asset management, business development, and customer engagement within the offshore wind industry or a related sector
Strong negotiation skills and commercial acumen to drive revenue and capital growth
In-depth understanding of contractual agreements, investment management, and asset disposal processes
Proficiency in contract negotiation, compliance, and risk management
Familiarity with regulatory and Health & Safety compliance in offshore sector or related sectors
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective customer engagement
