About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Create long-term, trusting relationships with Ulta
  • Work with Snr. Sales Director and oversee Ulta business for Beauty & Home Care categories
  • Develop new business and seek new sales opportunities
  • Generate and achieve annualized sales budgets
  • Identify, pursue and secure new sales opportunities
  • Maintain and grow existing businesses with a focus on profitability
  • Conduct ongoing forecasting for accounts
  • Develop and execute profitable promotional strategies at Ulta
  • Manage expenses related to Coop, Operations, Chargebacks
  • Communicate strategic initiatives to internal teams
  • Responsible for all Divisional communication to Ulta
  • Build relationships accordingly
  • Utilize available data for insights

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • Minimum of 8 years of proven sales experience
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Experience setting sales goals
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), and internet applications
  • Experience with analyzing and interpreting syndicated data sources
  • Strong customer service, negotiation skills and ability to interact with customers at all levels throughout their organization
  • Self-starter with excellent time management, multi-tasking, strong problem-solving and organizational skills
  • Strong work ethic and sense of integrity, trustworthiness, and ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
  • Creative in brainstorming and proposing new ideas and solutions to existing problems
  • Adaptability and strong problem-solving skills
  • Understanding consumer behaviors and industry trends.
