About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design, build, and maintain weekly and monthly KPI reporting for Customer Service Operations.
Develop and enhance Power BI dashboards to provide clear visibility into operational performance.
Analyze large data sets to identify trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities.
Automate repetitive reporting and data processing tasks to improve efficiency and accuracy.
Validate data integrity across multiple data sources and escalate discrepancies as identified.
Partner with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and support evolving reporting needs.
Support documentation of reporting processes, logic, and data definitions.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree preferred (Data Analytics, Business, Information Systems, Finance, or related field).
1 -3 years of experience in a data analyst, reporting analyst, or similar analytical role.
Strong proficiency in Power BI and Microsoft Excel (required).
Experience working with large datasets and KPI-driven reporting.
Experience with SAP, Hana PS4, and Power Automate is a plus.
Ability to translate business needs into reporting and visualizations.
