About the role
- Account Management
- Account growth strategy — develop promotional plans, expand assortment, and increase in-store presence across assigned retailers
- Retailer relationship management — build direct rapport with buyers and category managers; develop joint business plans
- Day-to-day execution excellence — manage pricing, promotions, and order flow
- Provide regular account updates to leadership and surface risks early for proactive intervention
Requirements
- Revenue ownership — ability to hit sales targets and manage trade spend within budget
- Broker & partner coordination — ability to orchestrate execution across broker networks
- Analytical problem-solving — experience using POS and trade data to inform decisions
- Communication & influence — ability to present plans to buyers, brokers, and leadership
- Experience in CPG or grocery account management
- Proven track record of building retailer relationships and developing joint business plans
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously
