About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Maintain project trackers, update timelines, track action items, and provide status updates to IT leadership
Track software and AI tool licenses, monitor usage, and support renewals and provisioning
Manage invoice tracking, assist with purchase requests, and maintain vendor and contract records
Support communication with vendors and track renewal timelines and deliverables
Produce simple reports on project status, license usage, and IT operational metrics
Maintain organized records, SOPs, and internal documentation for IT processes
Pull basic operational metrics: ticket volumes, license usage, hardware inventory changes, spend tracking, and other hardware/software metrics as needed.

Requirements

What you’ll need

0–2 years of experience (internships or academic projects acceptable)
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, or related field
Strong organizational and time management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Excel, Teams, Word)
Strong communication skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow through independently
Familiarity with project tracking or ticketing tools (e.g., Jira, Smartsheet, ServiceNow, Connectwise) preferred
Basic familiarity with IT tools and enterprise technology platforms preferred
Interest in AI tools and emerging technologies preferred
