About the role
- Responsible for the overall day to day management operations of a community
- Provide leadership to two to four additional community teams
- Mentor teams on TCB's standard operating procedures
- Conduct monthly onsite review of financial operating statements
- Enact effective cost control methods and revenue maximization
- Collaborate with Community Life for resident programs and services
- Maintain product knowledge on properties through site visits
- Establish prospect leasing tour routes and maintain waiting list
- Perform written performance evaluations for direct reports
- Lead and monitor teams to prepare appropriate Agency reports timely and accurately
- Establish relationships cross functionally to benefit TCB
- Assist in new business acquisition and development in staffing and budget planning
Requirements
- Bachelors degree and 5 years or more of progressive responsibility in residential property management is required.
- Prior experience in and knowledge of affordable housing and applicable compliance required.
- COS and LIHTC Certification required.
- Proficiency in Yardi or other industry software and excellence in Microsoft Office.
