  • Use data, research, and feedback to identify and prioritize opportunities that deliver the highest-value outcomes for users.
  • Translate product goals and strategy into a clear, iterative set of experiments and a delivery plan that delivers measurable improvements in the experience of users.
  • Provide clear, outcome-focused updates that communicate measurable impact and insights and demonstrate how delivery enables and advances College Board’s strategic goals.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of product management or related experience, with a proven track record leading products within SaaS enterprise platforms.
  • Deep understanding of secure, large-scale, and complex systems, with proven experience in K–12 assessments or educational technology environments.
  • A proven ability to drive measurable business and user outcomes through discovery and delivery.
  • Experience collaborating closely with designers, engineers, content strategists and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver intuitive and reliable user experiences.
  • High attention to detail and exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce clear, precise documentation and ensure shared understanding across technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple dependencies and priorities effectively.
  • Experience leading pilots and experiments to test and validate user-facing capabilities.
  • Familiarity with accessibility standards and UX best practices.
  • Familiarity with AI and emerging technologies and how they can enhance user experiences or workflows (preferred).
  • The ability to travel 5–7 times a year to College Board offices or on behalf of College Board business.
