About the role
- Define and Drive Product Strategy and Vision
- Establish a clear strategy for your part of the digital assessment platform
- Create and maintain a product roadmap that translates vision into a sequence of priorities
- Identify and prioritize opportunities from research and market insights
- Lead Iterative Product Development
- Collaborate with designers and product managers to develop early prototypes
- Translate validated insights into clear hypotheses and iterative experiments
- Drive roadmap execution through continuous learning
- Communicate Value and Progress to Leadership
- Provide clear, outcome-focused updates to internal and external audiences
- Engage directly with external users, partners, and institutions
Requirements
- 10+ years of product management or related experience
- Deep understanding of secure, large-scale, and complex systems
- Familiarity with large-scale data integrations of external customers into SaaS platforms
- Experience building or scaling platforms that provision, manage, or operate on external organizations’ users
- Experience leading greenfield or high-complexity initiatives from discovery to launch
- A proven ability to define product vision and strategy
- Skill in translating research and data into prioritized roadmaps
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong collaboration and leadership skills
- The ability to travel 5–7 times a year to College Board offices or on behalf of College Board business
