- DRIVE COURSE REDESIGN PROJECTS by conducting research, drafting design deliverables, and synthesizing insights for AP course redesign alongside senior Instructional Designers
- ADVANCE RESEARCH AND EVIDENCE BUILDING by collaborating on research and memo writing and leading components of research and analysis projects

Requirements
- 4+ years in education (K-12, higher education, or educational nonprofit settings)
- Strong research, writing, and synthesis skills
- Comfort with digital learning tools, data analysis, or design software
- A bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree in education preferred
- The ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- A passion for expanding educational and career opportunities
