Serve as the execution leader responsible for translating strategic vision into tangible system improvements
Focus on driving end-to-end delivery of technical solutions
Coordinate complex projects and ensure financial systems operate efficiently
Partner with various departments including Accounting, Procurement, Strategic Finance
Lead the investigation and implementation of new functionality
Build custom dashboards in Workday Financials
Maintain financial data integrity to help drive business decisions
Develop enhanced reporting solutions
Create and maintain staff-friendly resources to ensure system processes are clear and known

Requirements

At least five to eight years working in finance operations
At least three years specifically in Workday Financials
A Bachelor's degree in a related field required
Workday Financials and/or Adaptive Planning certification is a plus
Proficiency in Financial Accounting, Procurement, and Expense modules within Workday Financials
Experience with Adaptive Financial Planning and Strategic Sourcing
Ability to pivot quickly and adapt to evolving requirements
Proficiency in Workday Worksheets and Discovery Boards
Preferably experience with Workday Prism and working knowledge of Tableau and/or PowerBI
Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Ability to collaborate and work cross-functionally
Confidence in working with users and engineers
