About the role

Embedding AI-powered coding assistants (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot) into the daily development process.
Evaluating, refining, and validating AI-produced code to uphold standards of security, scalability, and reliability.
Creating and implementing AI-driven features that enhance the property management platform.
Driving end-to-end development of APIs, dashboards, and portals, while strategically applying AI to accelerate delivery.
Partnering with colleagues to continuously improve our methods for AI-enhanced engineering.
Staying current with emerging AI technologies and modern development best practices.

Advanced English in speaking and writing (you will be working with international clients only).
Demonstrated, hands-on expertise in AI-assisted coding with tools like Cursor or Claude Code (required).
Over 4 years of professional experience in software engineering.
Minimum of 3 years working with Ruby on Rails in backend development.
Proficient in TypeScript and modern JavaScript practices.
At least 2 years of practical experience with Vue.js.
Strong knowledge of database architecture, optimization, and performance tuning (preferably Postgres).
Self-driven and adaptable, with the ability to quickly adjust to AI-centric development workflows.
Genuine enthusiasm for continuous learning and advancing innovation in AI-powered engineering.
Practical experience with AWS technologies, including Elastic Beanstalk, Docker, S3, and CloudFront (nice to have).
Solid knowledge of relational databases, particularly MySQL and PostgreSQL (nice to have).
Exposure to automated frontend testing tools such as Cypress or Selenium (nice to have).
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a closely related technical field (nice to have).
