QA Automation Engineer

• Rozwój i utrzymanie asystenta AI dedykowanego obszarowi Customer Experience.
• Projektowanie i implementacja integracji API oraz przepływów danych (data piping).
• Tworzenie logiki backendowej w Pythonie z wykorzystaniem GraphQL.
• Budowanie i rozwijanie agentów AI w oparciu o architektury Agentic AI (LangGraph/LangChain).
• Implementacja mechanizmów tool-calling execution w ramach systemu agentowego.
• Mapowanie złożonych reguł biznesowych ( m.in . kwalifikowalność do zwrotów i prowizji) na logikę programistyczną.
• Współpraca z zespołem Customer Experience w celu identyfikacji i automatyzacji procesów biznesowych.
• Zapewnienie jakości, skalowalności i bezpieczeństwa tworzonych rozwiązań.
• Udział w code review oraz dokumentowanie implementowanych rozwiązań.

Mid/Senior Automation Engineer, Python

Platform Engineer

• Operate the production system: deploys, rollbacks, capacity, incident response.
• Design and execute the scaling roadmap — horizontal scaling, load balancing, caching layers, object-storage offload, database replication, IPFS-node fan-out.
• Evaluate and integrate cloud building blocks (managed databases, object storage, CDN, load balancers) where they earn their cost.
• Stand up CI/CD pipelines (greenfield — likely GitHub Actions) covering test, build, image push, and deploy across all services.
• Establish observability: metrics, logs, error tracking, SLOs, and meaningful alerts.
• Manage TLS / ACME automation, DNS, and secrets handling — replace today's hardcoded credentials with a proper secret-management story.
• Introduce infrastructure-as-code (Terraform or comparable) so the production system is reproducible.
• Use AI coding assistants to author IaC modules, runbooks, and incident-response playbooks.
