This is a project for a consulting company that focuses on recruitment and HR technology challenges, offering tailored strategies and support in integrating ATS systems.
You’ll be working on software that extends the functionality of Applicant Tracking Systems.
We provide custom features designed to meet specific business needs that go beyond standard ATS capabilities.
Additionally, we develop and maintain an advanced in-house website builder with integrated ATS support. Clients can use it to create a full business website or simply add a recruitment module to an existing site.
Requirements
3-4 years of experience with Java, versions up to current LTS (21)
Expert knowledge of Spring Boot ecosystem, versions up to current (3.4)
Ability to design RESTful APIs, security included (Spring Security, JWT)
Ability to work with reactive programming on backend side: WebFlux, Project Reactor
Understanding of non-relational DB engines, preferably MongoDB
Advanced knowledge of Maven build tools
Basic knowledge of Kotlin with readiness to improve
Basic knowledge of AWS services, Docker, Kubernetes, Helm
High proficiency with English language (including technical lingo)
