About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Drive day-to-day execution for major national specialty retail accounts and the specialty retail portfolio
  • Conduct business analysis, project management, system account maintenance, and operational streamlining
  • Partner with national account executives and the customer marketing manager to deploy customer availability programs and marketing initiatives
  • Communicate clear direction to internal and external resources
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for cross-functional resources
  • Address customer opportunities in market and conduct ongoing business analysis
  • Identify linkage opportunities
  • Participate in franchise bottler commercialization calls and align with franchise leadership teams
  • Build relationships with local area sales managers and key account directors
  • Analyze and resolve volume discrepancies and linkage/volume challenges
  • Lead cross-functional support teams in generating system tools for customer stewardship
  • Complete quarterly stewardship reviews and void/penetration reporting
  • Identify best-in-class execution and tool opportunities and drive process improvement

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Candidates must be located in Boston, MA or Atlanta, GA, or willing to relocate at their own expense
  • Basic understanding of bottler front-line operations and sales
  • Strong ability to multi-task
  • Presentation skills required
  • Excellent Excel skills
  • Proficient in PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of Margin Minder/Matrix, Black, SAP, SFTK, and PLUS
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
  • 3–5 years in sales, operations, sales support, and/or account coordination preferred
  • Some travel required to support customer meetings, bottler meetings, trade shows, conventions, and training
  • Must be currently authorized to work full-time in the United States and must not require company sponsorship
