About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead and collaborate on shopper marketing plans with customer teams and retailers
  • Develop foundational retailer marketing strategies, tactical implementations, and optimizations
  • Design and execute annualized shopper marketing plans for the U.S. domestic market
  • Manage the full life cycle of retailer shopper marketing programs
  • Create and maintain calendarized marketing plans with objectives, KPIs, strategies, programs, and budgets
  • Manage a working budget of approximately $2M or more, including reporting, optimizations, invoice processing, and reconciliations
  • Manage the media agency and drive campaign performance updates and real-time optimizations
  • Serve as subject matter expert on channels, retailers, shopper segments, insights, trends, competition, and brand performance
  • Build relationships with retailer counterparts and stakeholders to create opportunities and novel programming
  • Steward joint planning with Corporate Marketing, Field Marketing, Sales, and Commercial teams
  • Ensure seamless execution of shopper programs and provide toolkits for field teams
  • Manage shopper marketing communications with internal and external stakeholders and executive leadership
  • Conduct real-time metric audits and post-program analyses, reporting insights, learnings, best practices, and optimizations

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • Minimum 8+ years of experience in Shopper Marketing or a related discipline
  • Expert knowledge and fluency with retail media network partners
  • Residence within the Plano, TX or Atlanta, GA area required
  • Passion for Shopper Marketing
  • High energy and positive disposition
  • Self-starter and proactive
  • Ability to adapt and work effectively and efficiently in a decentralized, fast, complex environment

  • Motor Vehicle Records must satisfy company standards under the Driving Policy
  • Must be currently authorized to work full-time in the United States
  • Must not require The Coca-Cola Company’s sponsorship for continued legal employment in the United States
