About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Serve as the primary customer contact for Foodservice planned service activities
Collaborate across national service teams, field service providers, and bottlers/distributors
Monitor and track activities in tools like Salesforce, QuickBase, Power BI, Microsoft Teams
Troubleshoot process issues, using phone and other communication channels
Build productive relationships with customers, distributors, service partners, and Ops/Sales clients
Utilize dashboards & reporting to identify and address process failures

Requirements

What you’ll need

High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred
2+ years in customer-facing roles
Effective communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills
Proficiency with Salesforce/Thirsty, Microsoft Suite (Outlook/Word/Excel), and other collaboration tools
Knowledge of equipment installation requirements and distributor operations
Ability to perform in a high-paced, high-volume environment
