About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Conduct regular business reviews with customers to build and maintain strong relationships with key members of the customer's organization.
  • Meet with senior-level buyers to build relationships and gain their support and commitment to various initiatives/programs.
  • Conduct regular restaurant audits to identify opportunities and ensure compliance.
  • Confirm understanding of customers' business needs, issues faced, and opportunities with various customer buyers to develop viable solutions.
  • Build a business plan/solution and contingency plans in collaboration with the customer.
  • Activate The Coca-Cola Company System to develop and implement a business plan/solution that meets customer needs and drives beverage category profit and volume.
  • Provide strategic thinking to anticipate future needs and recommend solutions that drive the business.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience is required.
  • 3+ years of successful sales account management experience.
  • Foodservice experience preferred.
  • Effective communication, technical presentation, sales negotiation, and closing techniques.
  • Proven track record of securing sales of various offerings, working with multiple levels of purchasing tiers.
  • Proven ability to identify customer needs based on customer feedback and identify opportunities through technical knowledge.
  • Demonstrated sales lead development and account cultivation.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities without direct supervision effectively.
