About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead all sales and account management activities for Coca-Cola’s stills portfolio with HEB.
- Responsible for annual business planning, sales execution, and fostering collaboration.
- Utilize collaboration approaches to understand HEB’s business needs and develop tailored solutions.
- Manage key aspects of the stills DSD portfolio business relationship and implement long-term plans.
- Align Coca-Cola’s strategies with HEB’s growth objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior-level buyers at HEB.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field is required.
- 3–5 years of sales, marketing, or account management experience in a large consumer goods organization with increasing levels of responsibility.
- Proven experience in complex selling.
- Familiarity with the Bottle/Can DSD bottling distribution model.
- Strong understanding of Coca-Cola systems and business development planning.
- Demonstrated ability to manage the needs and concerns of multiple stakeholders across various business systems.
- Strategic thinker with exceptional relationship-building skills.
- Deep understanding of the Coca-Cola system.
