Senior Director, Competitive Pricing Strategy

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the strategy of topline revenue growth and margin expansion in LATAM.
- Scale RGM solutions across countries with executive-level communications and performance tracking.
- Generate actionable insights based on Sales Data, Market Trends & Shopper behaviors.
- Provide comprehensive reports (pricing, promo, share, mix) to influence the decision process.
- Lead discussions with markets to guarantee the Strategic intent is aligned.
- Develop, scale, and adopt RGM Strategies, interfacing with multiple KO stakeholders.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 15+ years of commercial experience in Commercial strategy, RGM (Revenue Growth Management), and Franchise Leadership.
- Proven experience in managing Enterprise systems from development through deployment and maintenance.
- Strong strategic & systematic thinking (forward-looking vision and anticipating future needs).
- Data & analytical skills to lead a 'big data' based capability to create business value.
- Ability to influence others and make the complex simple.
- Mastery in Commercial Channel Strategy & Execution, RGM, Segmentation, Franchise Leadership, Business Planning & Project Management.
- Strategic and Analytical skills as well as outstanding influencing skills.
- Nice to have: Consumer Marketing, Marketing Channel Strategy, Trade Marketing.
